Inside The Pitch sells digital products only, AI prompt packages, ebooks, and downloadable guides. We do not ship any physical goods, and there is no courier, postal, or physical shipping involved in any purchase made on this Site.
1. How Delivery Works
Upon successful payment (processed via Razorpay), your digital product will be made available through one or both of the following methods:
(i) An instant download link on the order confirmationor the “Thank You” page.
(ii) A download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
(iii) Delivery is typically instant, and in all cases within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
2. If You Don’t Receive Your Product
If you do not receive your download link or access email within 24 hours:
1. Check your spam/junk folder.
2. Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
3. Email us at support@insidethepitch.in with your order ID, and we will resend access or investigate the issue promptly.
3. Access to Purchased Products
(i) Download links may be time-limited or limited in the number of downloads for security purposes. If your link expires before you’ve downloaded your product, contact us for a new one at no extra cost.
(ii) We recommend saving a personal copy of any downloaded product, as we are not responsible for files lost due to your own device or storage issues after successful delivery.
4. No Physical Shipping
As all our products are digital, no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier timelines apply to any purchase on this Site.
